What's your return/exchange policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our business, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with an item, exchanges are welcome for store credit within 90 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. You will receive credit via email once the returned items are received at our studio. Store credits do not expire. To setup an exchange, please send a message with your order number. Custom work is final sale and not eligible for exchange. Returns for items purchased at a retailer must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their store policy.
